The Ouzoud Falls are the highest in North Africa, at 110 meters. The name "Ouzoud" means "olive" in the Berber language, and you'll find the plateau above the falls covered in thousands of olive trees. During the day trip, you can walk around the falls, ride a local boat to cross the river or hire a guide for a 2-hour trek in the surrounding area. You can also visit the old water mills that are still in use, observe troops of monkeys, walk up to the springs of the waterfalls, or cross the river on the local wooden boats. A traditional Tagine or Barbecue lunch at Ouzoud Falls will be a highlight while we marvel at nature. We will drive back to Marrakesh in the afternoon.
